Diocese of Trivento : ウィキペディア英語版
Roman Catholic Diocese of Trivento

The Italian Catholic Diocese of Trivento ((ラテン語:Dioecesis Triventinus)) in Molise, southern Italy, has existed since the tenth century. It is now a suffragan of the archdiocese of Campobasso-Boiano.〔(''Catholic Hierarchy'' page )〕
==History==
The earliest bishop of Trivento was St. Castus of an uncertain epoch, the local legend assigning him to the fourth century.
Other bishops were:
*the monk Leo, intruded and deposed by Pope Agapetus II (946)
*Alferius (1109)
*the Franciscan Luca (1226), exiled by King Manfred
*Pietro dell' Aquila (1348)
*Giulio Cesare Moriconda (1582)
*Alfonso Moriconda (1717), a Benedictine who restored the cathedral
Historically the diocese was a suffragan of the archdiocese of Benevento.〔(''Catholic Encyclopedia'' article )〕
